About this villa rental
Located at Palm Island Resort on Florida’s Southwest Gulf Coast. No bridges or causeways to the island exist, which ensures a relaxed, tropical vacation setting.
The island resort encompasses a two-mile portion of private, pristine beaches on the northern end of Palm Island.
Guests travel to the island via car ferry and park their car in our island parking area. Transportation is provided by our bell staff and golf carts are also available for rent for registered guests.
Enjoy access to one of the 5 heated pools, plus hot tub and gas BBQ grills.
Tennis courts available for play and always complimentary.
Our recreation center, Coconuts, offers a variety of rentals to include golf carts, bicycles, kayaks and beach umbrellas.
A full service concierge can also arrange for everything from massages to fishing charters.
Be sure to catch a Pirate Show with the resort’s own Red Beard the Pirate.
Join a complimentary water aerobics class, nature walk or yoga on the beach when scheduled. Whether you wish to spend your time with us on the go or taking it slow, you’re sure to enjoy your new Memories at the Speed of Old Florida.

Resort staff helped make our experience very easy. Check, checkout, ferry staff, and restaurant were very helpful and friendly to interact with. Recent storm damage was managed well and did not affect our stay. We look forward to a return trip and experience the island after repairs and cleanup.

Our stay in unit 1422 was one of the best times we’ve had over the past 20 years of coming to Palm Island. We had friends with us (two had been and for the other two, it was their first time) and we all agreed the condo was great. We really enjoyed the nice round table that seated all of us comfortably for meals and our card games! We spent time on the deck each morning enjoying the view and listening to the ocean. The walk to the beach was fairly short and we enjoyed time in the pool. The only recommendation would be to check the bathtub in the master bedroom. It isn’t draining properly. Other than that, it was a really nice experience and we plan on booking the unit next year!

We were so excited about our vacation to Palm Island. From their logo to the pictures on the internet we thought for sure we chose the right place for some much needed R&R. The most positive thing about our trip was the weather,beautiful sunsets and starry nights. The Palm Island resort staff either dont like working there or need some R&R themselves.--When we made our reservations we were told that we could come early and there would be a good chance of our room being ready early, so we got there around 12:45 and it ended up not being ready until after 5pm!. I was told nothing else was available and it wasnt until several frustrating phone calls that they offered us a complimentary meal while we waited longer.--Our villa was nice but was still DIRTY when we finally got into it (hair balls and left over food pieces on the floors and couch,drinking glasses with lipstick marks on them) I ended up vaccuuming and cleaning ALL of the dishes before we even unpacked.--At 7:50am the next morning we were awoken to the loud noise of a pressure washer! The pool patio furniture was being cleaned,but they didnt clean the pool sides that were all grimey and gray.--OVERALL the resort staff is NOT welcoming or friendly--they dont smile or act like they enjoy what they do (except for front desk staff and one very pleasant African American man who welcomes you when you park your car in the lot.)Even as something as simple as waving back when you pass by them in your golf cart. --We ended up picking up trash on the beach when we noticed it was still there from the day before Resort staff could definitely use some customer service lessons to make their guests feel like they are welcomed and wanted back.
