The staff were amazing! Spoke basic English and were only too happy to help. The pool was lovely! Very happy they were able to accommodate my request for a softer bed and pillow though!
If you're looking for an actual fitness centre, the gym here is not for you! I was hoping to do a workout, but there was no chance. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on rocks.

It has an excellent location next to Night Bazaar and at the same time the location is perfect because you do not have the noise of the bars and the nightlife that is in the surrounding area! Everything was always super clean
They have to improve a lot with the mattress, they are hard as rocks, very uncomfortable to sleep.
