Thoroughly enjoyed the moment I walked into the building, the staff from those at the front desk to the cleaners were amazing, friendly , helpful , obliging and nothing was too much trouble

The hotel location and our rooms are amazing. Great view of garden by the bay. Very luxurious amenities and comfy bed.

Gym- a bit of walk from the hotel. Considering there's more than1800 rooms- the gym should be inside the hotel facility, much bigger and more equipment selection. Gym doesnt match with the 5 stars luxury experience. Receptionist name Angel from The Club restaurant didnt make me fell welcome. She needs to know to say yes to the hotel guest and make them feel welcome and appreciated. And yes, I know dining at The Club is not free:) Do not assumed guest wont pay.
