The staff and the manager were amazing individuals who made our stay just perfect.

Room was amazing bed and pillows, confortable beyond !!!!

We had an issue with the shower bath blocked and overflow of water but it was taken care of twice. Finally it resolved quicker than at first it looked like it would.

Breakfast was incredible and staff very helpful. Wifi was weak and shower tough to get the right temperature for the water. Other than that a good hotel overall

Beautiful location, close to the airport for our last night in France

Wonderful location overlooking the harbor. We had a lovely balcony. Jut a short walk to the beach and the castle.

Time to re-tile the bathroom! Everything else is just great.

This is our favorite hotel on the French Riviera - a bit expensive but worth it when you want the best. Great location in Mandelieu LaNapoule. Friendly staff. Superior accommodations. The onsite parking is a big plus.

Short visit to Mandelieu la Napoule

You will be greeted by a gentleman who will park your car and take your bags up to the room . The sea view is nice . The room was clean and organized . The spiral staircase and decor is tasteful . It is a peaceful atmosphere .

The rooms are quite small and the air con blows directly onto the bed . The tv has terrestrial channels only .

Great Hotel, wonderful stay

Great location and lovely views from both the front and the rear of the hotel. Beds were super comfortable and the rooms very well appointed. Pool and loungers were great and all staff very polite and professional. No complaints whatsoever simply a very memorable stay and a hotel highly recommended.

Perfectly positioned hotel and spa treatments amazing

Breakfast is poor and the standard rooms are tiny. We had a superior room with sea views but it was above the restaurant area so noisy and also hampers view of sea.

Very beautiful and well situated, highly recommendable

Beautiful hotel with quite good situation near the front of the port. The castle is at a walking distance as well as lots of restaurants and market. Very friendly staff. We parked the car inside the hotel closed to our room that was in the main courtyard. Breakfast was very good and varied. The breakfast room was beautiful and looking at the sea. Our room had a little courtyard were we may sunbathe or have dinner. The room was spacious with a little dressing room, the bathroom was gorgeous with a double shower fit for two. Everything was very clean. The swimming pool was very beautiful, with clear water and accessible for anyone.

Highly recommended.

Hotel personnel was fantastic. Due to airline delays we arrived at 1AM last check in 11AM! The security guard was waiting for us flashlight in hand in the parking lot, checked us in, helped us with our luggage. Breakfast was great. Indoor and outdoor. The room (302) was very large with a corner balcony and views on the Med, harbor, and golf course. The private parking was quite nice as street parking is limited at beat impossible in July August. Plenty of restaurants on tha harbor within 5 minutes walking Everybady spoke very good english

Not much! The room could use more power plugs and/or USB charging ports. I had to use the bathroom plug and found an extension cord under the bed. It worked but it coul bd better. Run a USB multi port from the extention box.

Good hotel, nice and clean room, friendly staff, great location!

Disappointing room service, called them at around 6pm to ask for the dish of the day, they told to call back in a few hours as they could only help me when they arrived at the location.

Comfortable stay next to Cannes

Spacious and comfortable room with a large bathroom.

The parking is packed and you have to park the car almost on top of another. And they charge for that kind of parking.

The flexibility the manager displayed. She sorted out our problem quickly and made an effort to keep us satisfied.

When we booked the room we didn't notice they have rooms on the ground floor looking at the parking lot sold as "prestige room". I wish it was articulated so we could book a different type of room.

room was a disabled room but very practicle. breakfast was good, staff were helpful and very security minded. small pool but enjoyable. close to all amenities.

the bathroom fan did not work and the parking area was small and very dusty.
