A beautiful house ideal for a perfect getaway. A haven of tranquility designed to the most exculsive standards with no rear neighbours which provides total privacy that consists of Tropical foliage. This home features 3 bedrooms with master bedroom featuring ensuite, two large living areas. Well equipped outdoor entertainment area. 65" LCD Tv, 75” LCD Tv, Free Netflix, Free wi-fi. Established estate.
NO USE OF GARAGE. PARKING FOR 2 CARS ON DRIVEWAY
PLEASE NOTE: POOL HEATING DURING WINTER. HEATING NOT NEED IN SUMMER. POOL IS IN 100% SUN ALL DAY BUT IT DOES GET COOLER IN WINTER LIKE ANY OTHER POOL IN CAIRNS AND HEATING TAKES THE CHILL OUT. POOL HEATED BY A HEAT PUMP DURING THE DAY TIME. WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL EFFECT OVERALL TEMPS DURING COOLER NIGHTS.
3 night stays will incur additional fee for cleaning $450. 4 nights and more no cleaning fee

What a great house and hosts! We had the most relaxing enjoyable trip and our hosts were so helpful with their house and local guidance. This would be a 7 Star for me, but I can only do a 5! House is located in the best area of Cairns. Palm Cove and the beach were incredible. We are coming back next year for sure! Thx Fiona and Ivan!!

A wonderful house with everything you'll ever need. Beautifully presented, clean and tidy, feels like staying in a brand new luxury home. Plus the bed was very comfy as well. Good quiet location, a short drive or walk to Palm Cove or to the local supermarket. This was the first place we've stayed in where the pool was beautifully maintained and ready to use. The owners were really friendly and helpful, and super quick to respond to communication. Will definitely stay here again when next in Palm Cove.
