Estaba con buena ubicación para la zona donde tenía que estar.
Me gustó que no tenían valet así uno bajaba su carro y los estacionaba eso da más tranquilidad que no te vayan a rayar el carro.

La habitación amplia y cómoda, la alberca el agua climatizada, bien
Cuando llegamos a la habitación el baño estaba un poco sucio con pelos y también el tocador con manchasde cafe, pedimos a la mucama que estaba limpiando en la habitación del lado que si podia volver a limpiar y si lo hizo, pero la primera impresión no fue muy buena

Instalaciones muy amplias.
Nos gusta mucho que la habitación y baño sean muy amplios.
Excelente ubicación, muy práctico.
Mejoraron mucho la calidad y sabor del bufet del desayuno.
Personal muy atento
Encontramos una mancha en las sabanas.
Tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación porque estaba del lado de la carretera y había mucho ruido.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean.
No refrigerator or microwave. Television did not work, but maintenance was able to fix it so ultimately it was fine. The check-in staff were very kind and respectful, but absolutely incompetent. It took almost 50 minutes to get checked in. The staff blamed the situation on a failure of their systems and I believe them. Only one of three elevators were ever woking causing us to finally just use the stairs (which were shockingly unsecured). The pool area was not clean and overcrowded. The elevator and all floors of the hotel were accessible by anyone off the street which is a security concern. We did not feel comfortable eating breakfast due to the lack of care in so many other aspects of the operation.
