About this house rental

3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath non-smoking home. 2200 square feet. Beautiful mountain & ocean views. walking distance to downtown and hiking trails. Bedroom 1 has a queen log bed with a private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and twin bed with roll out twin trundle. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. There is a jack and jill bathroom between bedrooms 2 and 3. There is a half bath in the living room. Dining room, Living room, and bedrooms have beautiful views of the channel. Watch bald eagles and boats go by. Nice deck with grill table and chairs with beautiful view. There is a wood stove for cool nights, keurig, reg coffee maker, Cable TV, internet, and loft with adaybed.

Our extended family stayed in this home for a week in June 2026. We had more than enough room. The place had everything we needed - including a freezer to store the 70 lbs of fish we caught. The kitchen and dining area were very well equipped, even for our making Halibut Olympia from scratch! The views off the balcony were glorious, especially in the mornings when the magpies and bald eagles were out. The place was also nicely located near downtown and there is even a coffee shop within walking distance.

This is by far the most thought out rental property we've stayed in. Thank you for thinking of literally everything and a small 4th of July surprise was the icing on the cake! I would recommend to anyone staying on Kodiak who needs a family space!

Repeat visit. The home was perfect for visiting family, preparing meals and catching up. Excellent location, easy to get to all locations for family outings. Excellent communication from the host. Really appreciate the attention to cleanliness.

Very nice place. Conveniently located in middle of Kodiak so easy drive to pretty much anywhere. Within walking distance of downtown area. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Enjoyed our time here. Also, excellent view.
