The house comfortably sleeps two in the master suite’s giant sleigh bed and two in the Murphy queen bed at the far end of the great room. The heart of the home is the giant stone wall and hearth with a new gas-log fireplace insert that lights at the turn of a timer switch. New advanced heating/air conditioning units in the great room and master bedroom keep you comfortably warm in winter and cool in summer. Your people-friendly and well-behaved dogs (up to two) are welcome for an additional fee. Beyond your adventure in Yosemite National Park, activities abound — boating, fishing and swimming at Bass Lake (6 mi.), hiking the Lewis Creek Trail; driving up Road 632 to the Nelder Grove giant redwoods (9 mi.) and Fresno Dome (14 mi.); relaxing with a book in front of the fireplace; and sunning yourself on the deck.
