The location of this hotel is perfect for us. We have used it a few times over the past few years. The room was adequate and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfasts.
Not much. As we had a two night stay, we were offered a free room service. But this did not happen. This also happened in a previous stay. I did challenge the receptionist during departure.

The grounds were incredible with beautiful views. Great staff who were all very helpful
Rooms weren’t the cleanest, curtains were in disrepair and very grubby.
