About this house rental
Located in a pine forest only a few steps (20 m) away from the beach, we offer you complete privacy at our 400 m2 estate!
The newly (2023) renovated interior (68 m2) offers everything you need for a carefree vacation! The place is perfect for a comfortable stay of six people who can enjoy two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a dining area. For the full vacation experience, there is also a terrace with a brick oven, an outdoor dining table, and deck chairs. The beachfront property is secluded by a huge garden and pine trees, giving you privacy, shade, and a little breeze on a hot summer day.
The estate is directly connected to the beach by a small tunnel (60-120 cm high) below the road to ensure the safety of the little ones. Even our parking is outstanding, completely shaded by pine trees surrounding the home so your car won't overheat.
The short walk (1,2 km) along the beach leads to the center of the town where you can find restaurants, shops, etc.
The good transport connections and proximity of the ancient cities of Trogir (12 km), Split (36 km) and Šibenik (36 km) offer you the ability to reach any of them in a short time and to enjoy the ambiance of UNESCO’s Cities.

Das Haus hat eine super Lage, ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und Ivona ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie gibt Tipps für Ausflüge und falls etwas gefehlt hätte, hätte sie es sicher für uns besorgt.
Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen in angenehmer Umgebung, hatten das Meer direkt vor der Wohnung (fußläufig), konnten sehr entspannend im Garten unter den Pinienbäumen sitzen und hatten sehr gute Gespräche mit unserer besonders freundlichen Vermieterin Ivona. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Das Eis und der Wein zum Empfang waren sehr lecker - vielen Dank dafür. Auch sehr reife Feigen durften wir testen!!!
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung wie beschrieben, klein, aber fein und es ist alles da, was man brauchen könnte, sogar ein paar Spiele. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Eiscreme Haus. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ivona ist eine super liebe, aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin die uns tolle Tips geben konnte.
Wer ein schönes, ruhiges und modernes Ambiente sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Ivona ist eine besonders aufmerksame und liebe Gastgeberin. Zur Begrüßung gab es oberleckeres selbstgemachtes Eis, was für die tägliche Ration genau eine Woche gereicht hat 😋, sowie Wasser und Wein 😊 und viele gute Tipps und Hinweise. Wir haben diese eine Woche sehr genossen. Bei unserer Abfahrt gab es noch Pancakes als Reiseproviant. 😋
Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gern weiter 😊.
