The amenities were incredible - it was decked out with everything you could want and more. It was great to have both the ocean and the river in which to play. The host was very helpful and responsive. Having the checkout be “relax” and nothing more was a special bonus.

The views were amazing and the house was so pretty and had everything we needed. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Gave us great recommendations for food around the area. Best part, on the day you leave you pack and relax. There is no check list of items to take care of prior to check out. They take care of everything!

Overall, our stay at the beach house was memorable, though we experienced a few minor setbacks.The house itself was wonderfully clean and spacious. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, and the downstairs area, which we didn't even use much, was well-stocked and inviting. We loved that our Australian Shepherds, Zoey and Harley, were able to join us; they absolutely adored the beach and the covered porch.The views and the water were absolutely beautiful, which was the highlight of the trip. While the rough waves deterred us from swimming—we only put our feet in—we had a great pool to enjoy. We also appreciated the dock across the road, which was a nice bonus, though guests should be on the lookout for traffic when crossing to get to it. A friendly pool attendant did come every day to service the pool, which was helpful, although we do wish his visits had been announced beforehand.The house provided excellent amenities in terms of toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, razors, and plenty of towels. Unfortunately, the fishing poles that were available for guest use were broken, which was disappointing.While the house is quite spacious, we're not sure how more than five people could comfortably be in one spot other than the deck. Something to consider for larger groups.In short, it's a clean, spacious, and pet-friendly house with gorgeous views and a great pool. Just be prepared for potential rough waves and don't count on the fishing gear.
