Location, Staff and the ever so helpful Ali who works nights. What a gem of an employee Ali is. Also the lady at checkin was very kind. We had a few issues with the room and she personally escorted us to a new room to ensure it was clean. As always we leave early and Ali was ready at 5:30am with our coffee and continued to help us outside to the car and assist with the trailer.

Perfect location while driving down South. Ali the man who worked the night shift was just the best. Extremely kind, humble and super helpful. We left very early the following morning and he walked us outside as it was dark and even assisted with the trailer to the van. He even got us coffee at 5am! Thank you Ali! You are what makes a difference at this hotel. We look forward to our return trip in December.
