Central position
Horrible welcome staff at the check in, the receptionist was extremely rude and unpolite two minutes after we stepped in the hotel; when my wife showed him on the phone the booking reservation, he yelled to her shouting to take away the phone from his face, as she has been doing something rude. A violent reaction and absolutely intolerant. He continued than to ignore my wife and for the rest of the checkin to speak only to me. Incredibly disturbing!
