nice stay

Nice location, good food.

Sauna & SPA were not included in the price. Jacuzzi was OK but was too far from the room. The room was not really dark at night, because there were no shutters/blinds. Beds were comfortable but too short for us.

Nice experience, not perfect yet

The location is great, recently renewed and with a lot of nice common places Parking spots beyond the hotel are very convenient It is possible to have dinner at the hotel (69 CHF per person + water and wine) and it is nice Private spa available for 2 hours (charged separately) is a very nice experience Room not so big, but nice and with a nice shower

Heating system in the room was switched off when we arrived and the room was cold for the first 2/3 hours, same happened the day before when we got back in the evening Breakfast is nice, but a bit hard to find things around as they are on different tables around the room

Very poor

- the food in the restaurant was extraordinary - the lady and gentlemen doing the massages in the spa were absolutely fantastic - the rooms was very nice and clean

- the service in the restaurant was dreadful - we asked for a table for dinner for 20:30 - we were told that 19:00 was the latest - we first ordered white wine and then moved on to red; the waitress poured the new wine into the same glasses we had our white wine in - we ordered a cheese platter and a parfait for dessert; the cheese platter had a massive hair in it and the parfait was served much later then the cheese. When we asked for the dessert to come together we were told by the owner that it is common practice to have the cheese before. When we questioned it the owner was very arrogant and unfriendly - we went for breakfast (well within the time when breakfast is served); we had to fight for coffee cups, plates, bread, etc. The food was all gone and no effort was made by the staff to replenish the food - we were never made aware that a market takes place on Sunday morning and that we had to move our car from the hotel parking otherwise we would have been stuck for the day - Upon trying to check-out (at the stated check out time of 11:00) we had to wait for 30 minutes to find somebody to check us out - When we were asked about our stay and we pointed a few things out to the owners that we did not like they came up with plenty of excuses of why we were wrong

Nice, refreshing & calm stay in excellent hotel, warm hearted and committed staff- you go back relax

Splendid spa (hammam + sauna) that one can privately use, massage opportunity (massage was good but organisation was not well done, however in the end we got our massage :-D), rooms are cool and well furnished, very good quality food (fresh salad and vegetables, variation of fish, meat, cheese) in the restaurant, and the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming.

Rooms are comfortable and cosy

The sauna costs an extra 60chf to be used! At dinner, our starters were still frozen (!) and we hardly got an apology. The lady who owns the place is not welcoming
