Air conditioning not working no electric plugs only one in the room even the coffee machine there is no plug for it i should put it in the only plug next to the bed 😀

We had a great time and would recommend this hotel to others. We were 2 brothers aged 20 and 24 and will visit again. Maybe with our friends next time!
Room 416 a twin studio met our needs in every respect. In our kitchenette we made delicious omelettes for our breakfasts with Jambon, cheese and olives. Yum.

We are teens from canada and when we arrived we had to pay a 100€ deposit upon which we offered cash since we didnt have a credit card. Our parent was due to come the next day anyways so we could use theirs. The hotel staff proceeds to be very disrespectful indicating that it was stated on the website unbeknownst to our knowledge and they wont let us into the hotel without this deposit (we paid 500 cad for 3 nights). The manager behind the reception was so rude he told my friend and I to sleep at the metro station and that we're wasting his time... unbelievable. My friend stepped in a fiber glass like subtance on the balcony having severe foot pain for 2 days. The TV was not working at all and there was no room service to help, no batteries at the reception for the remote or really anything. Our key cards randomly stopped working and we had to get replacements. In short, it was a ton of inconvenience to stay at this hotel. Only good things were the kitchen, shower and breakfast were nice. DO NOT recommend at all, it is not what it seems like online and I've talked to other guests during my stay who think the same.
