Very close to the beach and walking distance to the train station of Juan-les-pins. The staff was very friendly

Wonderful location, in a quite area 2 minutes away from the sea and 10 minutes away from the train station that could take you across the riviera. Multiple grocery stores and cozy bakeries are also just a few minutes away.
The hotel itself is very authentic, it is a renovated old manor, the design is kept very 19-20th-ish century-like which ads a lot to the atmosphere. Yet everything is very clean and well-kept. Hotel owners provide you with free beach towels and beach umbrellas. Also there are aren’t that many foreign tourists in the neighborhood, so the vibe is very authentic.
Overall I think it is a perfect stay for someone who enjoys a quite slow vacation with an authentic vibe.
the only minor problem was that one of the owners didn’t speak english, so be prepared to use digital translator or your limited french knowledge. but despite that she was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The price was almost reasonable
It is located just besides the train railway. The bed is very small for 2, uncomfortable, no blanket except the bed cover, no elevator.
