The bed was very comfortable, the bedroom was perfect Just it is a shame that all around the windows its very mouldy and black from damp. The paint is falling off on doors etc The carpet in hallway and stairs was in need of an aspirator

Excellent location in Saint Germain en Laye, hotel is quiet and comfortable, and staff are great.

Room was a good size, the bed was extremely comfy and the bathroom was also clean and a good size. Very quiet and peaceful just a 2 minute walk into the centre of Saint Germain en Laye. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very friendly.

The only thing was as there was no shower curtain, the water from the shower was difficult to control and we often had to clean the floor after each shower however this was the only thing I would change about the room.

We cannot recommend this hotel and would never rebook.

Bedroom was very small and very poorly decorated. It also had a small cupboard with a door that was not properly fitted. The restaurant was good but it only offered a limited a la carte menu. It was also very expensive. Overall we were very disappointed especially as ithe hotel has a 4 star rating. It is nowhere near a 4star hitel

Overall, a nice hotel in a pleasant and quiet location. i have stayed there more than once.

I requested an 'accessible' room and was very satisfied with the spacious bathroom and open, step free shower. Less ideal was its location in a secondary building that necessitated an extended walk outside.

I would have liked the room in the main building.

Lovely spot!

Excellent location, close to RER and Tram making it accessible to commute to Versailles and Paris, in addition to interesting sites to visit in Saint-Germain-en-Laye. Nice rooms and helpful staff. Attractive and peaceful grounds.

Needs upgrade, poor lighting to rooms out back. Not very secure for solo female traveller. Cleanliness of rooms questionable. Restaurant good but limited menu

Person at reception repeatedly refused to print out invoice for my stay because it was booked via booking.com and instructed me to ask booking for the document. After my 4th (!) request he did it, but no explanation or apologize at all.

The hotel was in a quiet location. The room was clean. The bathroom was with bathtub.

As a vegetarian, I didn't have a great choice of food for dinner. I ordered a fresh vegetable salad, but they brought me a mix of canned vegetables.

Having the feeling of being ripped off.. Lacking in professionalism. Cool ie fresh - atmosfear. Room given was disgusting, in an annex building. I had to ask for a change into the main building. New room ok clean but facilities sparce and everything was plastic. Cheap. and No hot water. Breakfast; not good. price vers quality very expensive. Dinner in resturant; Very poor again price vers quality very poor. Ambience and service lacking.

I didn’t have breakfast. The location was perfect for me and I was happily surprised by the hotel and the welcoming staff.

The hotel said it was pet friendly yet I was charged an additional fee for my pet. The parking was not easy and I bashed my car on the concrete bollards outside.
