Já fomos várias vezes ao Promar e, desta vez, não ficamos muito satisfeitos. O pequeno-almoço, podia ser mais variado. O loft em que ficámos é extremamente quente e tinha o ar condicionado avariado há tanto tempo que encomendaram um portátil que supostamente funciona o quarto mas que é manifestamente insuficiente. Além disso, pedimos privacidade e todo o nosso quarto e varanda era exposto para a piscina, o que nos tira não só a nossa privacidade, como a dos seus utilizadores. Visto que o quarto é totalmente em vidro, é essencial a instalação de AC funcional. Além disso, precisam de rever a manutenção do edifício e canalização - o cheiro era tão insuportável que tivemos de ir comprar um ambientador para o quarto. Fora isso, camas confortáveis e staff simpático. O miminho no final é um gesto muito atencioso. O spa é bom, embora a inclusão da sauna e banho turco acabem por tornar o espaço muito abafado, o que retira qualidade à experiência na piscina e jacuzzi.

This hotel has a fantastic location right by the beach. The surroundings are perfect for running and hiking, and it features a lovely heated pool and a sauna (fantastic for recovery after a long run). The restaurant, just 10 meters from the reception, was excellent and served high-quality dishes with a premium feel. The breakfast was amazing and generous, with everything you could wish for—including fresh orange juice. The view from the bedroom overlooked the beach—truly magical. The staff were friendly and professional. A great getaway for a couple. Recommended

The location offers stunning views and a pleasant breakfast experience, complemented by clean rooms and attentive staff. While the facilities meet expectations overall, the pool area was a bit disappointing. The value for money felt average, but the welcoming atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made for an enjoyable stay.
