It is incredible value for money. Nice rooms and nice host. Good location too close to town!
They moved us late as night as our first room smelt of cigarette smoke a lot. They refill bottles with filtered water for 10 rupee a litre and do laundry too.
The first room was very smelly but as I said they changed us to a new one. The balcony railing off the rooms is also very very low down - maybe just above knee height. I wouldn't have kids here in the upper rooms!

I liked the location, it's close to varah ghat, you get all the things nearby.

Place is not situated on main location,
Fan facility was not so good .
