About this cabin rental

Wake to songbirds, step onto a wrap-around porch with steaming coffee in hand, and watch morning mist drift through the Smokies—then be on Pigeon Forge's Parkway in five minutes flat. Your private cabin pairs "miles-away" tranquility with "close-to-everything" convenience.

This two-level log cabin is designed for small families, two couples, or anyone who wants equal doses of adventure and relaxation. The main floor's open layout keeps everyone together: prep breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen while chatting with friends gathered around the gas fireplace or the rustic dining table. Vaulted ceilings, wood walls, and oversized windows deliver that classic mountain-cabin feel without sacrificing modern comforts.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms (sleeps 6, max 4 adults)
• Suite 1 – Main level: King bed, en-suite bathroom, direct porch access
• Suite 2 – Upper level: King bed, private bathroom, its own gas fireplace for extra coziness
• Living room: Queen sleeper sofa for the kids or an extra guest
Two full bathrooms, one on each level, make morning routines easy—no hallway waiting required.

Kitchen & Dining
Stainless appliances, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, a dishwasher, and pantry basics mean real cooking is on the menu. Fire up the gas grill just outside for burgers after a day in the park, then gather at the farm-style table or breakfast bar where the chef is always part of the conversation.

Seasonal Views: The mountain views are most expansive in the fall and winter when the leaves have fallen. A beautiful, though narrower, view is still available through the treetops in the spring and summer.
Winter Weather: While the cabin is generally accessible, 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive may be necessary to access the cabin during inclement winter weather (snow or ice). We do not offer refunds for weather-related events.
Check-in/Out Times: We do not offer complimentary late check-out or early check-in. If our cleaning schedule permits, these may be available for a $50 fee each. Please inquire in advance.
Security: For your safety and security, an exterior security camera is located at the front door, facing the driveway. It does not face any interior spaces or infringe on your privacy.

Located in Sevierville, Tennessee, United States.
Keep in mind these are winding and hilly mountain roads. Many of the best attractions are spread out. The park is gorgeous but timely to navigate for first time flat-landers. There is no Cell Service once you're in the park so be prepared with maps or screen shots.

Hikers! Please search Hiking In The Smoky's on the web.

As far as the mountains go the journey to this cabin is effortless on all paved roads. While snow is rare, our winter guests hope for it as it makes the mountains more beautiful. It is possible that 4-wheel drive may be needed in inclement winter weather. We do not offer refunds for weather.

The cabin was nice and clean. The view was trees and other cabins. The hot tub was nice clean and hot. The host Brendan was great!! Since it was warm in the day and cooler at night, I asked if he could have it on cool in the day and switch to heat. He was so accommodating! We appreciated that so much. I would highly recommend renting from him.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at The General Store cabin. We were looking for a quite and peaceful place to stay and we got it. There are other cabins around, but not on top of each other.Brendan and Lisa are the perfect hosts. You can tell they take pride in their property from the ease of communication, the cleanliness and the beautiful decorations. Check out the general store shadow box, it is really something. They even checked on us while we were there! We have never had an owner do that in all the years we have been coming to the area.As I mentioned, we wanted to relax. The bed is made for just that. We slept so well. The pillows are like laying your head on a cloud. I liked thrnm so much, I took a picture so I could buy my own when we got home!Book this cabin, you won't be disappointed! Thank you Brendan and Lisa for making our trip so nice!
