About this villa rental
This spacious and comfortable Villa with its modern amenities is sure to delight your most sophisticated taste. The building has two levels that are rented separately with identical features but different décor and separate access points. They are advertised by different property numbers. You are presently viewing Property number 1737032 which is the second floor. The upper floor can be viewed by searching property number 465125 or at www.vrbo.com/465125/. You can choose to relax in your air conditioned rooms, enjoy a sun tan on the veranda/patio or simply sit and allow the constant ocean breeze to caress your body providing a pleasant and relaxing open air experience.
No need to worry about the loss of Electrical power. A 20KW propane/gas generator will automatically power on to allow for continuous service. You will have no down time.
Jasmine villa provides all the comforts of home! The professional center island kitchen was carefully designed to prepare gourmet meals and is every chef's dream. It is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances custom cherry cabinetry, travertine floor, pantry, a cozy breakfast or drink bar with five twirling stools and a flat screen television to watch the news, your favorite sport or show while you dine. Patio furnishings and a gas grill are provided for alfresco dining. Kids under three are free
The furnishings are modern, hip and comfortable with art pieces and thoughtful personal touches adding to the villa's warm and welcoming ambience. The master bedroom is air conditioned with recess lighting and the choice of two ceiling fans. The other two rooms are also air conditioned with the choice of ceiling fans.
Five minute away you can enjoy a round of golf at the spectacular Mahogany Run Golf Course with the famous 'devil triangle'.
Our Villa is located five (5) minutes from the world famous Magens Bay Beach. Great swimming and snorkeling can be had there and on almost any beach on the island.

You can also spend time exploring at Coral World Marine Park, a fascinating undersea aquarium, where you can get close and personal with their newest acquisitions of Dolphins and Sea Lions.
Our sister island of St. John is only 15 minutes away by ferry. There you can enjoy more of the Virgin Islands which involve historic tours, water sports, beaches, island food and other fun activities.

We have visited St. Thomas multiple times, but this was our first time using accommodations through VRBO. Our group of 5 stayed a full week in August 2021 at the Estate Charlotte Amalie. The 2nd floor flat is well furnished and spacious with a lot of natural light on the ocean facing side. It’s a pleasant place to relax after a long day lounging on the beach. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable, each with their own private bathrooms. The villa is built into a hill and one of the rooms and the kitchen face the hill. Although the light on this side is lost, we found it incredible to have part of the rocks built into the décor of the bedroom and bathroom!
You will need a car to traverse the rolling hills to get to the villa and to Megan’s Bay. But the view from the 2nd floor and the beach at Megan’s Bay are both worth it. The hosts Wainwright and his wife were superb! They were both extremely hospitable and friendly. Overall, we had an amazing stay at this VRBO location, and we’d go back in a heartbeat!

the property is comfortable with all necessary amenities. The owners are very kind, friendly and attentive. Having a generator was a huge help during power outages. We had two power outages over a week period.
It would be useful to have box of matches, flashlights and candles in the property as a back up when power goes out.
overrall, we would recommend the property very much.

Arriving to the home we thought we were at the wrong home as it looks very ran down from the photo shown on this site ( photo on site must have been when house was just built). Once we got inside the place looks like the pictures for the most part, home could use some touch ups for sure. The home had a bad insect problem we seen a few spiders ( one during our first walk thru with the owner in kitchen), lots of termites and ants on more then a few occasions. We took videos and pictures to show the owner and they were very attentive when notified. Sheets had stains on them and hot tub was broken in master suite. Home owner lives on first floor which was convenient considering the multiple times we had to call about bugs.
