Charming early 60's retro beach cottage lovingly restored with polished timber floors, open fire, wall panel heaters in all bedrooms and complimentary high speed NBN internet. Massive 80m2 deck overlooking the beach.
Two minute walk to Skenes Beach (swimming, surfing, fishing) plus plenty of nearby beach and bush walks on your doorstep.
Five minute scenic, coastal drive to Apollo Bay township (5kms away).
2 NIGHT MINIMUM (sorry, no 1 night enquiries, thanks).
Massive timber deck, with 5 burner gas BBQ, drinks fridge, outdoor dining & deck chairs. Enjoy meals outdoors with some of the best beach views along the Great Ocean Road. Hand feed Cockatoos, Rosellas and King Parrots at the same time.
Well-equipped kitchen with new gas stove, new large french door fridge, dishwasher and microwave
Bathroom/laundry with dual hand basins, shower (above bath), bath, washing machine and tumble dryer
2 LCD TV's (lounge room and bedroom 2 - ideal for kids) each with DVD player. Popular and recent DVD movies for all age groups. Excellent digital TV reception.
UE Boom for musical connectivity to smart phones.
Well equipped desk with free Internet NBN, 50Mbps fast connection. Includes free WI-FI connection (reasonable usage applies)
Covered doonas and Tontine pillows are provided. Guests BYO sheets, pillowcases and towels. An optional linen service can be provided at a small additional cost.
Heaps of popular board games, jigsaws, cards and books to read .
No air conditioning or fans, all windows open to enjoy Nature's fresh sea breezes instead!!

*Note, 3rd bedroom is not a separate private room, but a smaller sun room area with 2 single beds, which also provides walk-thru access to bedroom 2 and bathroom/laundry/toilet.
Indoors: Extensive selection of DVD's, videos, books, games and puzzles.

The massive deck with gates at each end, looks directly out to sea - your 4-legged friend(s) will love 'patrolling' the deck!

Our visit to Thalasa Cottage was lovely. The house was perfect for our needs and the fact we could take our furry friend as well made it all the more special. The Cottage had everything we needed to relax and unwind. The view and closeness to the beach was amazing. Thanks Steve for having us.

Absolutely loved our stay at this cottage - amazing views, peaceful location and a well appointed property with loads of character. The owners are great to communicate with and provided lots of info about the local area. Would love to stay here again!

We loved it here!Great old style beach house with an amazing view. It's only a 5 min drive to Apollo Bay. The host was great with all the information and the home is well equiped and such a relaxed feel. We can not wait to stay here again with our dog
