Nice big room, breakfast was quite nice and good store for bikes

Not able to get food in the restaurant, apparently you have to book in advance of arriving, who knew!! Very unhelpful staff saying its a 15 min walk into the local town to find food

Nice room. Lifts, good dinner and breakfast. Excellent safe bike storage with plugs for charging our bikes. For this reason we will be going to cycle to your hotel in Leeuwarden in Friesland next summer. Hoping they have the same shed arrangement, although at the moment they say they cannot confirm this???

We were three guests checking in last night for a one-night stay. The hotel initially felt nice and welcoming, but unfortunately our experience was let down by cleanliness and poor handling of a complaint. When we settled in, we found a silverfish in the bedding, and on two pillows there were hairs. This is not acceptable for any hotel, as it clearly reflects poor cleaning standards. We managed to find spare pillows in the cardboard box in the room to replace them, but the situation already felt unpleasant. In the morning at around 10:30, I went to reception and spoke directly to a lady, explaining what happened. I asked if it would be possible to have breakfast included as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience. She agreed and told me breakfast was available until 11:00 (Sunday). I told her we would come down shortly, and she confirmed that was fine. We arrived at 10:54 expecting to have breakfast, only to be rejected by the waiter and waitress. I returned to the same lady at reception, and she now told me it was only possible if we had gone straight after speaking with her earlier. This was completely inconsistent with what she said before and made no sense. I was ready to accept the situation being remedied through a simple act of goodwill, but instead, the hotel had its chance and failed. We are not people who look for small advantages, but hair in the bedding is unacceptable, and the inconsistent communication left a bad impression

The property lies in a nice not busy area, pretty secluded. Close walking distance to Aldi, and maybe other places. We just had time to quick trip to Aldi on our short term stay

The property is very poorly ventilated. The corridors have no air circulation (summer). The AC is non existent in the Hallways. We had three rooms, one did not have AC. Same room reeked of wine pretty bad. And if there is no ventilation the spray even won’t work..The fans don’t do much. The windows can open, but the mosquitos… probably would be nice to invest into mosquito nets.. The beds and pillows are super soft. Would be nice to have at least one-two bottles of water, if you come late from the trip, that would be handy. The cleanliness is ok, if you don’t dig deep too much;) The staff was pretty nice. Boys by the desk helped with some issue pretty fast.

Large room, large bed, clean bathroom, working TV and refrigerator. Great selection for the breakfast. Restaurant on site, so it's possible to eat lunch and dinner as well.

Hotel very easy to find and in good location. Room clean and spacious considering that we were family of four.

Breakfast too expensive. For family of 4 we were given 2 tea bags and few sachets of sugar for 2 nights.

there was a layer of dirts on the coffee machine and for guests who walks to the hotel, it’s pretty hard to find the entrance
