This hotel property is very nice. It was an overnight stay for me to break up my trip back to Vienna, where I live. The room was very nice, except for one or two things that need fixing. The breakfast was excellent and parking was easy. Staff were helpful and friendly.

There was some confusion about access to the hotel. You need a code to get in, but you don't get that code until you check in! I thought they would send me the code, but they didn't. When i got there, a woman at the desk got me in, but it was unclear to me what I was supposed to do. So that wasn't good. But once I got settled it was ok. Two things in the room need repairs. The bathroom sink is very slow to drain and needs some drain cleaner to address that. They also had a stand up lamp that had a floor switch which didn't work. So I had to plug in and plug out the lamp. These are small details, and I told the breakfast woman about them, but who knows if she'll see that they're addressed. You just don't see many people in this place. You get a code for your room and the for the door. I would have liked to see a few more staff, but that's not how it's done nowadays it seems.

Zimmer war sauber und Bett ganz bequem. Zimmer hatte Außenjalousie.

Personal war leider sehr unhöflich und hat eher den Eindruck gemacht, dass es sie nervt, dass Gäste da sind. Das Frühstück war leider eine wirkliche Enttäuschung. Kaum Auswahl, Wurst und Käse haben alt und teils verfärbt ausgesehen. Es wurde nichts nachgelegt und dass im halb 9 in der Früh, obwohl Frühstück bis 10 Uhr verfügbar war. Alles sehr lieblos. Müsli war ein großer verklebter Klumpen, der nicht mal aus dem Plastikcontainer rausging. Geschirr hatte Flecken. Badezimmer war extrem klein, da die Badezimmertür durchsichtig ist und das gegenüberliegende Fenster zum Gang hinausging und der Vorhang durchsichtig war, musste man zum Duschen und WC Benutzung die Aussenjalousie herunterlassen.
