clean and tidy, good location
annoying water storage unit in courtyard so that when it’s rains it makes a loud noise…like someone squeezing a large roll of bubble wrap

Location and cleanliness. The host also let me check in at 11:20am as opposed to 2pm free-of-charge.
Found 1 cockroach, water stains on the bedside table upon arrival, the host came to knock on the door to let us know that check-out would be at 10am which was a little creepy.
