If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful setting in the Poconos to get away and have some relaxation and fun…this is the place for you! Come and enjoy your stay at our spacious Pocono Lakefront Retreat. Situated on scenic and private Lake Henry, relish in the fun of kayaking, canoeing, fishing and swimming. Use our rowboat, canoe or kayak or bring your motorized boat for tubing, wakeboarding and skiing. Enjoy your favorite “pass the time” activities on the dock during the day and beautiful sunsets in the evening. If you need a day away from the water there are many nearby activities. Across the road is 1,000 acres of state game land to wander, geocache or hunt. Within thirty minutes there are several attractions such as Claws & Paws Zoo, Lake Wallenpaupak SteamTown National Historical Site, Lackawanna Coal Mine Tours, Scranton, Montage Mountain Resort, Elk Mountain Resort and several State Parks.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all serving and cooking supplies. Microwave and coffee maker are available, too. Let kids play pool, pingpong or mini foosball downstairs or on our spacious wrap around deck. There is one bedroom on the main floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Parking area accommodates 3 cars.

We LOVED it! Great house qith plenty of space! Every place we have ever rented aleays lists that the home is stocked with everything you'll need, but this house absolutely was!! I always bring cooking equipment and cooking utensils because homes usualky don't actually have decent items to prepare a meal for a family, this did!Very clean! Outdoor screen porch deck and yard area with fore pit was great! The dock was beautiful and we utilized the paddle boards, row boat and some swimming floats and noodles. Nice quiet road . We enjoyed fishing and did not turn on tje television once!! We will be back!!!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Your very comfortable room accommodations and generous living spaces were exceptional and well-suited for our family.
The weather cooperated and was perfect for picture-taking, swimming, boating, sunning, reading, relaxing, and fishing right from your spacious, family-friendly dock. Your basement areas for playing pool and ping-pong were also a welcome break on our one rainy day.
Having your washer and dryer there, made planning and packing less stressful and gave us more time to enjoy each others’ company.
We utilized the grill, the multitude of pots and pans for the stove, and even baking dishes for our now famous Mac and Cheese and English muffin pizzas. Our meals were especially delicious and hearty, because of your full-sized oven and available seasonings and spices. We had so many enjoyable mornings on the wrap-round deck and evenings in the screened room: playing cards, dining (bug-free!), reconnecting, listening to nature’s sounds, and then feeling the quiet, stillness that only comes from a mountain home, such as yours.
Thank you for sharing such a wonderful home with us!
We were never ready to leave, but we know we plan to return to your lovely piece of heaven, again, very soon.
