The location and staff were great, always helpful and friendly, with a place close to the area I was visiting. Also, there is an underground station just 5mins walk away.
Cleanliness was poor. There are "no smoking" signs everywhere, and people kept smoking across the corridors on a daily basis. Carpets need some cleaning as well.

i liked the stay but there were bo windows in the room and i am kind of claustrophobic and didn’t know about the window. I liked everything else and the breakfast was perfect, literally so much food to choose from

The fact that they take the deposit then. Cancel it and the refund has not yet reflected instead of just charging the remaining balance
The reception was very rude the first day we arrived since were tired and arrived before the checking, one of us dosed off and was shouted at
