Such a beautiful atmosphere should be experienced once again.

The position of the village on the hill is wonderful, the house is in an ideal place for a walk through the village, which is beautiful, with a wonderful atmosphere. The welcome was warm, caring and friendly, The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, equipped with all kitchen and bathroom necessities. It's a pity that we stayed only 1 night.

We had our flat on 3rd floor without elevator , shampoos were not provided in the bathroom , some coffee could be provided to be used with coffee machine

A must try for a family trip!

The apartment was on the first floor, it had two bedrooms and an open space living-room with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was extremely clean, looked like new. As a bonus, it has a beautiful, generous terrace that belongs exclusively to the apartment. The host is very nice, kind and helpful, could not be better. Really worth it for a family vacation!

I will stay again.

The staff is very friendly. She suggested me to make an appointment for Covid-19 test in Lana where about 15 minutes by car from there. She told me everything what wee need. The room was very clean and larger than we thought. The bed and pillows are very good quality. We could sleep very well after long drive. The Kitchen has got everything. you don't need to bring any kitchen utensils. We could see sunrise from the window. mountain view was awsome. little mountain village and many lovely houses. There is a supermarket very close to there. There are nice restaurant, caffe and bakely close to there. If you have a big car ( for example, camping car), there is a public parking area near there.

The car parking area in front of the hotel is kind of small and tilt diagonally. so, you need to be careful for another car in the parking area.

Beautiful apartament, great views, helpful staff

Apartament is newly renovated, very spacious with most comfortable beds, well equiped kitchen and lovely view. Its situated in pretty little village, but you find there everything you need - shop, bakery, cash mashine. Lady who runs it is very helpful and speaks english.

very nice accommodation

Nadine was friendly and helpful. We messaged her twice after our arrival was delayed by several wrong turns, and we came to the hotel very, very late. She was waiting for us, immediately directed us to where we could park our motorbikes and took us to our apartment. Apartment was nicely furnished and clean; very comfortable. I wish that we would have arrived earlier so that we could have enjoyed the apartment more and had time to relax.

Kitchen could be a bit better equipped--there was not a kitchen towel or coffee filters.

Splendido Alto Adige

L'appartamento è nuovo, spazioso, luminoso e in bellissima posizione per visitare l'Alto Adige, a 20 minuti sia da Bolzano che da Merano. I letti sono davvero comodi. La signora Nadine è molto disponibile. La piscina d'estate è sicuramente un valore aggiunto. Consigliatissimo.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Poolanlage neu. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Bettwäsche war im Preis inklusive und die Betten bereits bei Ankunft bezogen. Wohnung saniert. Wären gerne länger geblieben.

Il residence è proprio nel centro di un piccolo paesino caratteristico, a meno di mezz’ora da Merano e Bolzano. Il mini appartamento era dotato di tutti i comfort e le cose utili per un soggiorno medio lungo. La signora Nadine è stata gentilissima e super disponibile, sempre pronta a venire incontro a tutte le nostre richieste. Abbiamo portato con noi anche il nostro cagnolino :)
