Pretty town, half mile walk to the side of lake Como
Close to the station, good restaurant and value for money at that period. A walk into the town and lakeside is recommended.
Still needs a bit more refurb in particular on the staircase. We would stay again

Excellent value for money. It's very convenient that it's right next to the train station. My room had a large terrace, and it was great to have breakfast on it. Quite a cozy classic 3-star room. Overall, the town pleasantly surprised me, even though I was choosing accommodations based on price on the lake. It's a beautiful, cozy town, and I really enjoyed the walking trail to the church and beyond. It's absolutely beautiful!
Maybe it's not customary in Italy to help women (I was checking in alone) and the level of the hotel doesn't require it, but at the reception the man gave me the key to the room and told me that I needed to walk up the stairs (I carried my suitcase myself). He didn't offer to help with the luggage, but continued playing solitaire on the computer. The lights above the bed didn't work.

Good location . Good food in restaraunt .
Location was good , and restaraunt was good , helpful female staff when we arrived .
Room wasn’t clean . Air conditioner was leaking water on the floor … we reported it to the male manager . Nothing happened . We had to turn air conditioner off , to prevent more water leaking everywhere

Great location with fantastic food and warm and superkind personnel.
The staff was super kind, warm and helpful. Very easy with kids. Restaurant has fantastic food. High recommendation. Excellent location towards the lake and the main street - also Guzzi museum.
