About this house rental
**4 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath Water Front Home with a Private Beach and attached
garage**
This modern home has all the amenities needed to give you the comfort you
desire in a vacation home. We are Pet Friendly (fees apply) and offer off
street parking in our garage (please keep driveway clear as it is shared with
a neighbor).
This Beach House consists of 4 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, an attached
garage, a back deck with a retractable awning, a large backyard that is
perfect for your 4 legged friends, beautiful waterfront views from the west
side of the home, and best of all we are right on the water. Our private
little beach is perfect for swimming and wading.
For the fishermen, we have caught croaker, spot, blues, strippers and flounder
all from the shore of our private beach!
We've just installed a large 65" Smart TV. Perfect for streaming your
Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc.
_* PLEASE NOTE: Included in the cleaning fee price is damage waiver coverage
in place of a traditional damage deposit so you can have a carefree stay._
Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.
If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300
Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture
An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding
or furniture
Extra Charges:
Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if
available)
Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at
10:05 AM
Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!
This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet
hours begin at 9 PM.

The property was clean and spacious. Nice paintings in the house and good, clean bathrooms. The property owner was very responsive to all questions we had. There was a bit of a confusion about access to the backyard as there is a common gate shared by the neighboring house. Also there is no fence / wall separating the access to the backwater beach between this house and the neighbors. Not a big issue but still we were a bit uncomfortable. Overall a nice property, just about 100 meters walking distance away from the actual beach across the road.

We were looking for a VA Beach area rental for an unplanned long weekend with family that allowed pets. The property was accurately listed and comfortably accommodated all of us, very spacious and quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the private small beach, it’s on the bay side so no big waves and perfect for the dog and paddle boarding. Great communication with property manager. Had a great weekend!

The house is huge and could be absolutely stunning. But it was not as clean as it could be with sand on floors, cobwebs, and rusty pots and pans, broken garage door button, rain leaks in bad in downstairs not much to see water wise. But easy access and check in, nice quiet neighborhood.
