If the parking situation were better explained, it would have been a better experience.

It was close to everything: shops restaurants, beach.

When you first arrive, the parking situation is not clear. The remote control for the garage and the parking arm barrier to get into the apartment and parking area is unclear. One cannot get into the apartment and parking area without the remote control, but one has to first go to the apartment to get it and therefore you have to leave your car parked somewhere else until you get that remote control, if the guard isn’t in the guard house. None of this is explained anywhere and was very frustrating to figure out.

The entrance to the parking garage is not very SUV friendly.

It's close to the beach and easy to eat, with restaurants outside.

We stayed for two days without any cleaning and the overall feeling of the room was not very clean.

Apartament był brudny, zniszczony i w ogóle nie wyglądał jak na zdjęciach. Po przyjeździe otrzymałem instrukcje dopiero o 15:55, ale brakowało w nich kodu do drzwi i kodu do skrzynki z kluczami. Musiałem dzwonić ponad 30 minut na infolinię, aby otrzymać nowe kody. To spowodowało duże opóźnienie i stres. Zdecydowanie nie polecam – bardzo negatywne doświadczenie.

Готель вчиняє шахрайські дії!!!!! Обережно шахраї!!!!

Нас не заселили в день приїзду. Ми приїхали в межах часу заселення. На повідомлення та дзвінки ніхто не відповідав. Ми були змушені шукати інший готель. На наступний день був менеджер, який сказав, що не має повноважень розглядати наше прохання повернути сплачені кошти і відмовився з цього питання звʼязуватися з адміністрацією готелю. В діях готелю я вбачаю шахрайство. Окрім того, крім реєстрації на Booking обовʼязковою є реєстрація на сайті готелю з оплатою депозиту, туристичного збору. Реєстрація дуже складна, сайт глючить, оплати не проходять. Я 5 пазів намагався оплатити туристичний збір. Оплату мені вдалося завершити лише з використанням іншої кредитної картки. За правилами сайту пройти реєстрацію клієнт зобовʼязаний до 16 години дати заселення, про що не вказано на сайті Booking. Нікому не раджу користуватися послугами цього готелю.
