Bathroom floor tiles all loose , some broken !! A couple move when stepped on !! Looks like maybe they we’re getting ready to regrout them .

Location
Uncomfortable with the bathroom floor. Loose tiles. Dryer took twice the amount of time to dry a small load. The outlet on the wall between the TV and kitchen. Top socket doesn't work. I thought my power cord had died. Now the owner will get a power cord for my computer. Amazon delivered to her mail . But it turned out to be the top socket no longer works. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Everyone was very friendly.

The view at night with the lights and stars reflected on the lake between the different Condo Complexes. It is a dazzling view.
Well, the highway is dark at night and it would be nice for more brighter lighting at the entrance to the Resort which would really help your Senior and visual impaired customers. Also, my unit was on the 3rd floor, there was lots of steps & no service elevator. Maybe that should be listed on your website so we Seniors can request a booking on the ground level. Also, my refrigerator ice maker was off and when turned on, it didn't work. Had to buy a bag of ice.

It was in a really nice neighborhood, the gated community makes you feel safe, also the pool was clean and the people was kind.
The first day we could not get the WiFi internet to work so we couldn’t watch tv at night, we had to watch on our phones and on outlast night stay the air quit working for an extended period of time and it was hard to sleep with it 80 in the apartment. Couldn’t get a returned call or answer when calling maintenance or when emailing and texting.
