About this house rental
Comfortable family house, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with private pool, with easy access to a fenced-off children's playground, and off-leash dog park about 100 metres across the road designed for a 'relax to the max' type of getaway.
The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the Noosa Junction, 3 km to Hastings St/ Noosa Main Beach, Sunshine Beach, and Gympie Terrace (River). There is lots to explore for couples or the whole family by foot, bicycle, or car or just relax by the pool and 2 outdoor entertainment areas.
The well-appointed gourmet kitchen offers a granite island bench and breakfast bar adjoining the dining area on one side and a living area with two leather lounges on the other side. The en-suited master bedroom has private access to the pool area. The second and third bedrooms have a bathroom and a separate toilet to share and all rooms overlook the pool area.
You have easy access to walking and biking trails, kilometers of beachfront with golden sands (including off-leash dog beaches at Noosa Spit and Sunshine Beach, both less than 3 km away), all manners of water sports (ocean and river), Noosa national park walks, fresh food markets, such as the famous Noosa Farmers Market (Sunday mornings) or Eumundi markets, cafes and every type of restaurant style and shopping you desire.

Tina was a hospitable, responsive host who was available for any questions we had. The house is a quiet refuge and we spent a few relaxing afternoons reading by the pool and gardens. The location was great - close to stores and the beaches. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We would recommend this lovely home and would stay here again in a heart beat.

We loved our stay in Noosa. The location is excellent. Close to everything you need, yet far enough away to avoid the crowds.The home was clean, comfortable, and well set up. The beds were great, and the pool was a real highlight. Clearly recently refurbished and perfect for dipping in and out on warmer days. The two large loungers that comfortably fit six people were fantastic and a thoughtful touch that is often missing in holiday rentals.The kitchen was very well equipped, with plenty of cups, plates, and utensils, which made it easy to go a couple of days between dishwasher runs. While we brought our own basics like glad wrap, toiletries, dishwasher tablets, and laundry liquid, it was lovely to see these also supplied. A really nice touch for the things you forget.Security screens on most doors allowed us to leave windows and doors open for the breeze, and fans in all bedrooms were much appreciated. Tina was a great host and very responsive to questions.We stayed for 12 nights and had some rainy and windy weather. Without a clothes dryer, laundry was challenging, so for longer stays a dryer or optional mid-stay linen service would be helpful. As cars could not be kept in the garage, they were often very hot, so a shade sail could improve this. With the windy and rainy weather, leaves built up around the pool and covered area, and access to a blower would have been handy.Overall, a lovely home in a great location, with excellent comfort and pool features.

The house was clean and very well appointed with everything that we needed for our stay. Kitchen facilities were good; lots of condiments and utensils etc. BBQ was dysfunctional and Tina replaced it promptly. Wifi access was good. 5 mins from Noosa Junction and Noosa Springs Golf club (our favourite :-)

Nice place for our family to stay that happens to be convenient to our relatives around the corner. Clean and comfy, host had good communication with our questions (most of which would have been easier to find if I had actually used the VRBO app)
