About this house rental
The house has 5 air-conditioned suites, one of which has an extra bed, and the other two extra beds, with the option of staying either 1 double bed with 2 single beds or 4 single beds.
It has barbecue and pizza oven, swimming pool, steam room, shower, sauna bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and full laundry.
There are a couple of housekeepers who can do services, as previously agreed.
It overlooks the Geribá Lagoon, with easy access on foot to Porto da Barra and Domme, two gastronomic and shopping complexes on Manguinhos beach, with the best restaurants, next to the fishmongers' boxes, the Fisherman's Bar and the Manguinhos Pier. It has the Golden Bread super bakery and the Golden Market. There is the Princess Supermarket nearby.
From the house you can walk to Geribá beach, and by Manguinhos, you can take the trail to Praia da Tartaruga. If you prefer to go to other more distant beaches just call an aquataxi and pick it up at Fisherman's Pier.
The house is quiet and the sound of the sea comes from Geribá beach.

Segunda vez que ficamos na casa e adoramos novamente. Casa muito bem equipada, otimas camas , wifi rapido e area externa muito bem cuidada e bonita. Pretendemos voltar em breve para passar mais dias .

Passei o último carnaval com um grupo de amigos na casa e a experiência não poderia ter sido melhor. Absolutamente fiel às fotos, a casa é toda equipada e pouquíssimas vezes precisamos falar com o casal de caseiros, outro destaque a parte, por sua discrição e prestatividade quando acionados. A negociação com o Marco foi boa e no fim tudo transcorreu muito bem. O único ponto de melhoria que vejo é quanto ao piso da borda da piscina.. Por ser muito áspero, é preciso ter atenção redobrada com as crianças e idosos. No mais, não posso deixar de recomendar a casa para todos que pretendem passar alguns dias em Búzios.

Ótima casa condizente com as fotos. Quanto aos pontos positivos podemos destacar a boa localização devido a proximidade do porto da barra com boas opções de restaurantes, padaria, supermercados, sorveterias e farmácias. Casa bem equipada em termos de utensílios e aparelhos domésticos. Quanto aos pontos que precisam de melhorias podemos citar a condição dos colchões que não é boa, alguns pregos com a ponta aparente no deck da piscina, o aquecedor as vezes desarma e a água do chuveiro fica fria. Outros questões que tivemos foram de pronto resolvidas pelo casal de caseiros que são muito atenciosos. A Aparecida, caseira, é uma boa cozinheira. Durante a nossa estadia tivemos problemas com o excesso de moscas e mosquitos mas isso ocorreu pelo que podemos perceber devido ao funcionamento precário do serviço de coleta de lixo da cidade naquele período.
