About this house rental
The modern holiday home Casa Manteca was recently completed and offers a private pool and excellent facilities. The area is an insider tip for those who want to spend their holidays in peace with the family. The beautiful location in the hills surrounding Conil seems almost Tuscan, but the village of Conil is only 3 km away and the small street village 'Casa de Postas' is only a good kilometre away.
Details:
- 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, 150 cm wide, one with 2 single beds. Here an extra bed is possible.
- fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, microwave, coffee (capsule) machine, etc. and all necessary kitchen utensils.
- lounge with corner sofa, dining table with chairs, TV with Spanish and international satellite programs, WiFi Internet free of charge
- Bathroom with modern, large shower
- covered terrace with table and chairs
On the pool terrace are garden loungers and other furniture available.
The entrance to the property is through a large rolling gate. In front of the house there are safe parking spaces for at least 2 cars.

We spent one nice week in this house. It is very well maintained and clean. You will find everything you need during your stay. To the beach it cakes around 10 min by car and shopping opportunities are nearby. Owners are very nice and approachable.

Una estancia estupenda. Todo perfecto. La casa está completa y muy nueva y la piscina y la BBQ fabulosas. El entorno muy bonito y muy cerca del centro de Conil. La califico con un 10. Y el trato de la casera, Ángela, estupendo, un 11, vamos !!!Intentaré volver.....
