Country Hotel is a 19th century manor house converted into a 3 stars country hotel with views on the mills of Don Quixote. It is located in Consuegra (Toledo), a typical manchega village. It is located 120km of south Madrid and 65km of south Toledo.
This house was thoroughly restored a few years ago:
You will enjoy with its inner courtyard, the wine cellar, the charming and peaceful places that create an atmosphere of the hotel with great character, the bright courtyard corridor, a sitting-room with chimney...It has just nine pleasant rooms - four of them with their own salon. All the rooms surround a central, colourful patio and each has a different decor (all with private bathroom of course). The building has been carefully adapted for use as a small hotel, and many of the original features and antiques are featured in the rooms. There are two rooms suitable for families (duplex) and also two communicating rooms. The rooms are spacious and bright with big, double-glazed windows and modern bathrooms.

Pasamos una noche en una habitación de La vida de antes, con dos niños de 13 y 11 años.
La cama de dos metros súper cómoda y para los niños 2 camitas en condiciones.
Elegimos desayuno buffet, con zumo de naranja natural y tostadas de pan de pueblo calentitas, cereales, galletas y bollería casera.
El trato estupendo, y el entorno muy bonito. Los molinos nos encantaron, pero el castillo, es una pasada, está muy bien conservado y tiene unas vistas increíbles.
Muy recomendable.

Hemos llegado a Consuegra de paso y decidimos alojarnos en esta casa. Somos cinco de familia y nos han alojado en una habitación con saloncito donde hemos podido estar los tres niños y nosotros. Sólo hemos pasado una noche pero el sitio es espectacular... Mejor que un cinco estrellas... Trato muy amable y buen desayuno.

Estuvimos en noviembre de 2012 y nos vinimos encantados.
La casa es muy bonita, está decorada con gusto y tiene una limpieza exquisita.
Nos gusta el 'turismo cultural' y Consuegra es un buen pueblo para practicarlo.
Desde la casa nos recomendaron actividades para el fin de semana (cantos corales, visitas teatralizadas) y lugares donde ir a comer y/o tapear. Sus recomendaciones también fueron un acierto.
Si te gusta disfrutar de la lectura en una sala que invita a ello, la sala de la chimenea es perfecta. No te preocupes si has olividado el libro en casa, tienen muchos ejemplares.
Para los que nos gusta la loza: la vajilla con la que nos pusieron el vaso de leche con bizcocho casero para acompañar el libro, es preciosa.

Estuve una noche en este hotel rural y me encantó la tranquilidad del hotel y del entorno y el trato del propietario. Nuestra habitación era amplia y bonita, el entorno está muy bien, hay un castillo y unos molinos restaurados y el pueblo es bonito. Ideal para pernoctar en viaje, nosotros paramos allí en nuestro viaje de Girona a Cádiz, lo recomiendo. Además estuve con mi perro y a él también le encantó ;-)
