Bardzo fajnie zaaranżowany budynek wraz z otoczeniem. Cisza i spokój. Bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt z Właścicielem. Dom bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Dodstkowym atutem jest możliwość zrobienia ogniska na działce.
Jedynym minusem są drzwi do łazienek i sypialni. Mimo, iż dobrze współgrają z całą aranżacją budynku, to jednak nie zapewnia w ogóle prywatności - to na pewno należy zmienić.
