Villa had all the facilities we needed and was as described in the listing. The outlook at the rear is to a lake and conservation area which is very nice. The areas is quiet and close to US27 so easy to get around.

Our favorite thing about the house was the back yard! It has a great covered and screened in area, the pool was so great! It also has a fenced in yard with a beautiful view! It was a really quite neighborhood which was great too. Inside the home I would say it was average. In the kitchen we had what we needed but I wouldn't say it was stocked well. Also, they mention that it is a self catering house - this means everything (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, etc.). The garage has games which was great! There are plenty of TVs movies and hang out space in this home. Overall it was wonderful and the owners were great to deal with! We would absolutely stay here again!
