Didn’t have breakfast as there was six of us and the price would have been to expensive for what we could afford, the location was perfect, a short walk to shops, and the square with taverns and restaurants.
Nothing could make the stay at sun & sea any better.

The location is perfect for what we needed, the staff are very friendly and helpful, it’s a 2 minute walk into Plaka Square where there are some lovely tavernas and restaurants, it’s a 8 minute walk down hill to the beach or 2 minutes in a car. Beautiful beach and lots more restaurants and bars.

Third time staying here. Lovely large room and very clean. Lovely breakfast and view.
Although several of the staff there were there on our previous stays, they didn’t seem the same, apart from the receptionist on the late shift who was brilliant on previous stays and also brilliant this stay.

We had a nice stay with a spacious, clean and organized room with the sea view. The view of the room was super nice, we watched the sunset from there. The kitchen and minifridge is useful to prepare simple things. The shower and bathroom is super big. There is cleaning every day with clean towels. The airconditioning saved our lives on warm days. Tv has netflix and amazon prime, nice to watch in evenings. Super quite and peaceful area, we didn't hear any noise. Location is perfect, restaurants bars and supermarket in 3 mins walking distance, beaches in 10 mins drive distance. There are also nice little villages to visit in 10 mins drive distance with nice restaurants.
Our expectations from a 4 star hotel and the price we paid were a bit higher I think. Breakfast was 18 euros per person, found it very expensive so we didn't have it. The restaurant was closed. I would expect the bar to be open during the day, for coffee drinks etc at least to have while chilling at the pool. There was not much to enjoy on site in the hotel, I would like to spend more time there since we paid so much. In the room for the kitchen, I would expect at least salt pepper olive oil, basics to cook with. We even had these when we stayed at a caravan beginning of our holiday. Parking is not enough when the hotel is full, for the nights we came back late to the hotel around midnight, we had to park on small roads which we were not happy with. I think more effort is needed to make it a more lively hotel, would have like to enjoy it more.
