I think this property is only good enough for 2 persons. Price is good.

This property is cheaper than other accommodations.

The shower and toilet are in the bedroom. It was not so convenient for a group of 4. When we went to the toilet during the nights, we need to go into the bedroom first. Moreover, I could not imagine that we need to pay extra for the bed sheets and towels. We are a group of 4 persons. We needed to pay €60 for that old towels and bedsheets.

Preis-Leistung ok aber nie wieder

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut funktioniert. Preis-Leistung ist gut. Die Lage ist gut.

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin/zum Vermieter ist nach der Schlüsselübergabe abgebrochen. Wir haben keine Kurkarten für unseren Aufenthalt bekommen. Wir haben mehrfach E-Mails geschrieben und versucht anzurufen... leider ohne Erfolg. Das Badezimmer war nur über das Schlafzimmer zu erreichen und man musste zwei Stufen bewältigen. Die Dusche und auch das Bett sind für Personen mit einer Körpergröße ab 1,80 m nicht geeignet.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut.

Die Fernsehprogramme waren total verstellt, man konnte ihn ausserdem nur über den Schalter einschalten. Das Badezimmer war über 2 höhere Stufen zu "erklimmen ", die Dusche sehr klein. Den Preis haben wir als zu hoch empfunden.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit schöner Dachterrasse! Obwohl unterm Dach und das Wetter hochsommerlich warm war, war es in der Wohnung angenehm kühl!

Für uns war sie Perfekt. Kleine schöne Wohnung alles was man benötigt.

Besteck (kleine Löffel) und Gläser könnten mehr sein aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Wohnung gut aber über die "Wäsche" sollte man mal nachdenken.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat Wohlfühlfaktor.

Den Preis für Bettwäsche und Handtücher finde ich übertrieben und das wenn man das nicht zubucht man nichtmal einen Topflappen in einer Ferienwohnung hat, finde ich nicht ok.

Wir können die Ferienwohnung Stöckel nur jedem empfehlen. Diese war super ausgestattet und hatte eine sehr gute Lage zum Strand. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis geht nicht besser.

Die gute Lage ist das Beste an der Wohnung

Die außerordentlich gute Lage - das Meer ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung könnte allgemein etwas sauberer und gepflegter sein. Bereiche wie das Bad und die Küche wurden zwar zuvor sauber gemacht, allerdings sollte man besser nicht genauer in Ecken oder unter das Bett und die Couch schauen. Die Ausstattung könnte ebenfalls etwas besser sein, wir haben z.B. nur eine Kaffeetasse zur Verfügung gehabt. Sehr schade fanden wir auch, dass die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin plötzlich gar nicht mehr funktionierte. Nachdem wir im Vorfeld und auch am Anreisetag selbst noch Kontakt hatten und Fragen zuverlässig beantwortet wurden, haben wir schon nach einem Tag vor Ort keine Rückmeldungen mehr auf unsere Nachrichten erhalten. Die Kurkarten haben wir somit auch auf Nachfrage leider nicht erhalten.
