The location was perfect, and the apartment was out of this world. Everything needed was available. The sunrise from the stoep was to die for. We loved the birds and gardens. Everything felt new and spacious

We had reserved an apartment and expected that all units would have access to a green garden in a quiet environment. However, that was not the case. Each cottage is separate, and ours had only gravel outside—no garden at all. I found the photos and the listing misleading (perhaps because I didn’t pay close enough attention when booking?). We specifically chose this place—despite it being relatively far from the city centre—because of the garden. Had we known the actual setup, we would have chosen a different place closer to the centre. Also, we had communicated our arrival time (within the check-in window), but the room was not ready when we arrived.
