Great location for mountain biking. Efficient heating options, includiung reverse cycle and very effective woodburner with plenty of firewood.

The main bed could have been a queen bed instead of a double. Otherwise the place was great.

The location is awesome, so close to the trail head, views are sensational. The garage is great for storing bikes and the laundry and 3 toilets is a plus.
Pillows are totally horrible. Couches have never been moved to clean underneath. No HDMI cable so dvd player was useles Should advertise what coffee pods to bring as once you run out there is no way of making a coffee other than instant.

Location was awesome to access pump track and trails. Views great. Fabulous family spot - lots of room.
Could have been a bit cleaner - cups and bowls were dirty, dishwasher and fridge were not cleaned out properly. Floor dirty in bathrooms.
