La terraza (con muy buenas vistas), la piscina (grande, limpia y muy bien cuidada) y la cercanía a la playa
La vajilla no estaba limpia y el lavavajillas no tiene la tapa que retiene el jabón, por lo que no limpia correctamente

Las vistas, la piscina y aire acondicionado.
La playa con muchas piedras y gran escalón, aunque le dimos la vuelta y compramos escarpines.

La ubicación, la tranquilidad, el respeto en toda la comunidad con sus normas, muy cerca de la playa y fácil de aparcar aunque incluye parking.
Por poner alguna pega, la habitación de matrimonio se nota que está renovado el colchon, pero en la habitación doble las camas son algo incómodas porque los colchones son antiguos.

Perfect fully equipped apartment with sea view terrace and nice location.
cleaning fee 35 euros was charged from my account, but there was not any info in booking.com regarding this extra fee. Normally all taxes and charges are included in apartment cost, but not in this case. If I knew about this fee - I would have booked another apartment, because there are many similar apartments without hidden costs and for very similar prices in this region.
