Well located and comfortable studio
A great addition would be a small desk and additional hangers for clothes. This would make a longer stay more feasible

I liked the home away from home feeling. Perfect spot for a business traveller or a visitor doing remote work during the week.

It was available when I was not able to connect with Maya Airlines or water taxi. The air conditioner worked,the space was clean, the bed was adequate, the bathroom had a shower with working hot and cold water and a toilet with good water pressure.
My neighbors entered throughout the night snd played music all night.
