Central location, amazing retro building, cozy apartment with high ceilings, price I paid was very reasonable, renovated apartment
The place needs a thorough cleaning, (the kitchen table is sticky, the towels and bed sheets did not smell fresh, the mini couch is awfully uncomfortable to sit in, the wooden kitchen, though photogenic, smells like old staff) overall deteriorated state of an otherwise perfect place
