Apartamento Varandas do Mar T1

Overall, I would rate my stay 3.5/5. The apartment was clean, and the location was excellent — very convenient and close to everything. The check-in instructions were also very clear and well explained, which made it easy to access the apartment.

However, the apartment’s equipment was very poor. The kitchen items were very old and basic, and several essential things were missing. There was only salt and pepper provided, no coffee capsules for the coffee machine, and only one wine glass. There were no drinking glasses or mugs at all, which significantly reduced the comfort of the stay. I contacted the host about the missing items and initially received a response asking if the issue had been resolved, but I did not receive any further reply. Despite these issues, the location was excellent, so the overall rating is 3.5/5.

Everything about the property was lovely

The location is perfect. It is not directly on the beach, but it is very close. 10 min to walk. The apartment exceeded all expectations. Large, well-compartmented, airy and cool. Huge and clean terrace with an ok view. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom very large and clean. The living room is simply huge and very well arranged. In conclusion, when we visit Portugal again, this will be our first choice. Only one objection: the pictures of the apartment definitely need to be changed! They do not show even 10% of how big and beautiful it is.

So we reserve this apartment as a family and we mark that we were going with two kids. Display was very nice, but it’s very dangerous especially for a small kids. The couch is very close to the window and it’s very easy to have an accident. We had all the blinders closed because we were afraid of something happen. The balcony had like a cheap solution for safety, a plastic net, I believe that for what we paid they could easily invest in something better for safety.
