Location pretty good. Apartment spacious Cleaning lady tried her best andade the apartment look and feel like better than its actual status.

Building entrance totally dark at night. All other entrances look somewhat scary. Sofa pretty worn out. Water leakage in shower compartment. Furniture , fixtures, etc. acceptable, but not luxury. Having said that, this could be a common feature in apartments in Bucharest, as anyone can notice worn-out buildings all over central Bucharest. In some countries or cities, the government may demand major overhaul for some of these buildings. Perhaps this apartment owner has taken a lot of effort to improve the situation.
