L’appartement est idéalement localisé, dans le quartier de Triana, à proximité d’endroits pour sortir en soirée. La terrasse est indéniablement un plus, qui permet de profiter des soirées
On sent que l’apéritif a un peu vécu : un rafraîchissement de la peinture et de la salle de bain serait bienvenu.

Il terrazzo e la posizione sono stupendi!
Migliorerei il divano letto, sembra di legno. Migliorerei i servizi per la cucina e lasciare un minimo di condimento base (olio, sale, zucchero).

L’emplacement dans un endroit entouré de verdure avec terrasse, proche des centres d’intérêts. Quartier très agréable, marché, restaurants, bar, flamenco …. Vue superbe sur le Guadalquivir de l’appartement.
Procédure d’entrée un peu chaotique car numéro de téléphone pour ouvrir la porte sur rue inopérant. Chauffage pas facile à mettre en marche.

La ubicación, por supuesto. Está en un lugar privilegiado con una bonitas vistas al río y cerca de todo.
El apartamento necesita una mano de pintura YA. Tiene una humedades en el salón que se ven a simple vista y se nota que hace tiempo que no te pinta. Y la tele es muy pequeña y antigua.
