Very nice apartment on a quiet place with a good parking place in the basement.

This is a beautiful apartment with a nice balcony with a good table for breakfast and dinner. The apartment has a good parking place in de basement . Nearby is a good shop to buy food for breakfast and dinner. The host Linda is very nice and explained everything very well. We really enjoyed our stay! It was very nice for a very reasonable price! A little problem with hot water was solved within a few hours.

Superb

The apartment is exactly as on photos. You will have everything you need during the stay including fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher. It is extremely clean and tidy. The street is quite and its comfortable to sleep with open windows. My favorite - nice terrace with the view of the greenery. The host was friendly and helpful.

The location is not the best for city centre visiting if you are not traveling by car. You need to walk 7 min to the bus station, take a bus, then take a metro. Keep in mind that on the weekends buses are available only once in an hour, so another option - walk along the busy street for 20 more minutes

Good place for visiting Rome

Location is for us very good. Near main road but no noise. 5 minutes walk to busstop and 25 minutes walk to metro. It has everything we need airco dishwasher balcony with table. It looks beter then in the pictures. The host is very helpfull and always happy to help and give advice. We had a very pleasant stay.

My daughter said this is her favorite place we have stayed. Everything is available for cooking and laundry. You get to avoid the tourist hustle and bustle And enjoy an authentic Roman experience. The hosts were amazing! So very helpful for any questions I had about Rome.

Nice apartment in a quiet area near Vatican

The apartment is near Vatican area that can be reached easily by car.We arrived in the evening and our host was so nice and friendly,there was no issue in getting the key. The apartment is located in a nice building near a park,on a quiet street.The elevator is modern .We have appreciated the cleanliness,the private parking area,the big balcony that can be reached from both rooms.The kitchen was very well equipped(even sweets,jam,chocolate,bread also appreciated by my 5 yrs old son). In the bathroom you find shampoo,body shower and everything you might need .No internet connecting issue,very wormed apartment ,enough space ,beautiful view from both rooms and balcony,people from the building were also friendly.On the other utilities i would mention the dishwasher and washing machine. Near the apartment (5 minutes by car)there is a Carrefour store open 24 h but there are other two stores closer ,a nice grocery and restaurants at the main street. The host makes you feel so welcomed,we have communicated both in English and Italian.She is available on phone and whats app .She is so customer oriented and we have appreciated her gift found one day in front of our apartment door: a nice Italian bottle of wine.Thank you very much!We are going to stay here when we will visit Rome again.
