I've stayed there before, it's a good hotel and they resolve problems quickly.
We had a minor issue with the bed, which was resolved the next day. The service was very good, but I would have liked to have Spanish-speaking staff available, as in other hotels.

Staff were friendly, close to shopping Malls , Chatuchat market, Breakfast is good.
I was in the new rooms, drains smell in bathroom. Bathroom and was quite small. The walls are paper thin so quite noisy from the next room. Before I stayed at the other side of hotel and it was better room.

The room was nice, but the view was on parking lots, although I was on the 3rd floor, so kept the curtains shut. The pool area was nice, although it felt a little bit ignored...
The noise. There was banging all day because there were ongoing works on site, and it wasn't mentioned at the time of the booking. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere, as I really needed to rest from my travels. And they started playing elevator music at 5.45 am which woke me. Overall, a very bad experience for resting. You are given an email address to complain about the inconvenience, so you just get a poor apology by email.
